Great to meet you!

Change happens when we feel safe enough to show up exactly as we are. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, empathy, and trust—one where you can explore difficult emotions, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there while supporting you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

We all have a unique story, personality, and set of experiences, so the therapeutic approach should reflect that. I take an eclectic approach, integrating psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives with evidence-based treatments to best meet your individual needs and goals. As your needs, goals, and understanding of yourself evolve, our work together can evolve too. I value collaboration and encourage honest conversations about what's helping and where we may need to adjust.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Whether you're coming on your own or with a partner, we'll start where you are. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, challenged with compassion, and supported as you move toward a life—and relationships—that feel more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
