Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and are looking for support in finding more clarity, stability, and confidence in their lives.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on and feel understood. I also work with relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and identity-related concerns, including transitions related to values, direction, or life roles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs. We focus on understanding patterns that may be contributing to distress, while also building coping skills and strategies that help you feel better in your day-to-day life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT with insight-oriented work, so we can both address immediate concerns and explore deeper patterns when that feels helpful. My goal is to support meaningful, sustainable change while helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on and what’s bringing you to therapy at this time. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, your current challenges, and what you would like to be different.

We’ll begin identifying key areas to focus on, and I’ll share how I can help so you leave with a clearer sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and to have a sense of what working together will look like moving forward.
