Great to meet you!

I focus mainly on Jungian/depth psychology, transpersonal psychology, and psychodynamic psychology in my work with clients. These approaches look at the interactions between the conscious mind and the unconscious. Along with talking through your experiences, we may also work with your dreams, look at your relationships with others in your life, and use expressive arts. I strive to create a safe space in which clients can connect to their inner strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a caring and genuine therapeutic relationship can help people to live a more meaningful, joyful, and productive life. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space in which to explore ways of navigating life’s stresses and challenges, find freedom from depression and anxiety, and connect more deeply with oneself. My approach is person-centered, gentle, direct, and practical, with an emphasis on finding hope and meaning even in the midst of suffering.

What you can expect from our first session

I can help you if you are struggling with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, faith transitions and other faith/spirituality issues, grief & loss, meaning & identity issues, career issues, women-specific issues, and psychological aspects of health challenges.

I work with clients who are motivated and committed to making positive changes in their lives. I welcome people from all backgrounds.
