Great to meet you!

You deserve to feel heard and supported. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful step toward change—and that takes strength.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut, specializing in mental health and substance use. I’ve worked with teens, adults, and families across various settings—including homes, schools, outpatient clinics, and virtual care.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions (to name a few). My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices while honoring your lived experience, values, and goals.

Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be empowering and transformative. I’m here to help you identify what’s holding you back and take meaningful steps toward healing, clarity, and growth—at a pace that feels right for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, so I tailor our work to fit your individual needs, values, and goals.

Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, I aim to help you build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Our sessions will be a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop sustainable coping strategies. My role is to support and empower you as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want.

I offer an inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed space that welcomes all parts of you—your strengths, struggles, questions, and hopes.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, my hope is that you feel seen, supported, and understood. We’ll work together to help you make sense of your emotions and experiences, build self-awareness, and learn practical ways to care for yourself—especially in the moments that feel overwhelming.

Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about getting curious about what’s underneath the surface—uncovering patterns, healing old wounds, and creating space for something new to grow. I believe real change happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, and brave enough to try something different.

My goal is to walk beside you as you move toward a life that feels more balanced, more connected, and more aligned with who you really are.
