Great to meet you!

If you are looking for someone with experience to listen to your situation, help you identify things that need to change, and to help you make those changes, I would love to talk with you. I have been counseling children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families for 24 years. We will work together to develop treatment goals and strategies to get things back on course. It is so hard when relationships are stressed or broken, when children are having problems educationally or socially, and when anxiety or depression prevents you from being who you want to be. I can help.

It is my belief that it is important to find a counselor that has experience in the areas you need help with, and with the age of the person who is struggling. I have extensive experience with, and enjoy working with ages 3 years to 80 years, and my specialties include: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, school issues, behavior modification, and many more. If you would like to work together, please give me a call.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with the belief that thoughts directly influence behavior. In order to change behavior, it is important to address our thoughts. I help people identify thoughts and behaviors that are preventing them from finding peace and success in their current season of life, and we then work together to make changes to improve their quality of life.

What you can expect from me

It is my sincere hope that clients leave our sessions together feeling acknowledged and empowered. We will work together to better understand ourselves and to identify thoughts and behaviors that are preventing progress.
