Great to meet you!

My name is Amanda, and I'm a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with confidence and hope. I believe therapy is a place where healing, personal growth, and self-discovery can happen in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, adjusting to a life change, struggling with relationships, or facing other emotional challenges, I'm here to help you feel heard and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build lasting change. Together, we'll focus on your strengths while creating realistic steps toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to accomplish. I'll ask questions about your background and experiences so I can better understand your story, and you'll have plenty of time to ask questions about me or the therapy process.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
