Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am Amanda! You don’t have to wait for a crisis to want something to change. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, get clarity, and actually feel better, not just survive the day.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people untangle the stress, self-doubt, and the "what now?" moments that come with being human. Whether you're overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in your own head, or going through a major life shift, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I bring a calm, easygoing energy into sessions, clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and surprisingly comfortable opening up. I’m nonjudgmental, sometimes funny, and always on your team. My style is collaborative and strengths-based, which means we’ll work together to tap into what’s already within you (even if it doesn’t feel accessible right now).

I have a background in education and specialize in supporting students, high-achievers, neurodivergent clients, and burned-out professionals. I also love helping clients through big life transitions like starting college, navigating a breakup, becoming a parent, or switching careers.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about your story and what you're hoping to shift. From there, we’ll build a path forward, one step, insight, or breath at a time.
