Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I’ve dedicated over 25 years to the helping professions, and it continues to be my greatest passion. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC),I bring specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I’ve had the privilege of leading and co-leading DBT groups for both adolescents and adults, and my clinical experience spans a wide range of challenges including: Addiction and recovery, Grief and loss, Trauma, Depression and anxiety, ADHD and bipolar disorder. I also have advanced training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and I find deep fulfillment in supporting caregivers through their often demanding and emotional journeys. I currently offer individual therapy for young adults, adults, and older adults. Sessions are available in-office and via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My priority is to create a space where you feel genuinely welcomed, safe, and supported. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a unique and powerful connection—one that thrives on trust, transparency, and a deep sense of non-judgment.

What you can expect from me

My goal for our sessions is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I want you to walk away feeling prepared and empowered to face life’s challenges with confidence. I’ll be here to guide you, support you, and yes—sometimes challenge your thinking. Growth often begins with discomfort, and together we’ll explore new perspectives that lead to meaningful change.
