I help parents feel confident, calm, and connected.
My approach is warm, collaborate, and rooted in helping parents understand what's beneath their child or teen's behavior. I integrate CBT, parent coaching, play-informed strategies, and emotion-focused work to teach practical tools that make daily parenting feel more manageable. I focus on helping parents respond rather than react, build emotional safety at home, and rediscover confidence and joy in their parenting role. My goal is to equip you with strategies you can use immediately and to support long-term, meaningful change within your family.
In our first session, we'll explore what challenges you're facing at home, what patterns you've noticed in your child or teen's behavior, and what you hope will feel different. You can expect a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can openly share your concerns and feel understood. Together, we'll identify immediate priorities and create a clear plan to move forward. Parents often leave the first session feeling relieved, validated, and equipped with at least 1 or 2 strategies they can begin using right away.
