Great to meet you!

You don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and painful relationship patterns. I use EMDR therapy to help the brain naturally reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel as heavy or controlling. My style is warm, intuitive, and grounded—I’ll meet you where you are, help you slow down, and guide you toward lasting peace and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based methods with a compassionate, holistic lens. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support both mind and body healing. EMDR helps the brain safely process painful experiences and shift how those memories are stored, while CBT builds awareness of thought patterns that influence mood and behavior. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and human, less about “fixing” and more about helping you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, breathe, and start sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to change. I’ll also explain how EMDR works and explore whether it might be a good fit for your goals. There’s no pressure to dive in too quickly—this is about building trust, safety, and clarity together. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and collaboration as we begin laying the foundation deep for healing.
