Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adults, children and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, executive functioning difficulties, and relationship challenges. Much of my experience comes from working within schools and family systems, where I've developed a strong understanding of how our environments and experiences influence mental health.

I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop strategies that work for their unique needs. My goal is to create a affirming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while building confidence and skills that carry into everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone thrives when they feel seen, connected and valued for who they are. My approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed, focusing on each person's unique abilities, experiences, and needs rather than their challenges alone. I look beyond behaviors to understand the whole person, helping clients build on their strengths, embrace their differences, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence, connection, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and see if we're a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's been challenging, what's going well, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what your goals are. We'll explore your experiences, strengths, and needs together and begin identifying a path forward. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable taking the next steps.
