Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions, and I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping you build practical tools while also creating space to process life's challenges. Whether you're looking to heal, grow, or simply feel more like yourself again, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

  1. Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve, all in a safe, supportive, and judgment free space. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and create a plan that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the path we're building together.
