Great to meet you!

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut and my graduate degree at Capella University. Along with becoming an LPC, I have over ten years of experience in the field and have worked for companies such as Wheeler Clinic and Yale’s IICAPS Program.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want to help make you feel as comfortable as possible so that you can see you are in a safe place to make positive changes. I want to help you gain control back into your life and find your idea of happiness. No matter the symptoms or challenge, I believe in utilizing an individualized approach that is specific to helping you be your best.

What you can expect from our first session

At the end of the day, no one knows you better than you. I want to be a passenger in helping you navigate a path moving forward, but you are in the drivers seat.
