Great to meet you!

Does it feel like your thoughts and emotions control you? Do you feel as though you have no idea who you are or who you want to be? Have life experiences caused you to feel lost or broken? You are not alone! I have experience in a variety of areas. I specialize in treating mood disorders, adult ADHD, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health conditions, and women specific issues. I greatly enjoy bringing a faith-based approach into the therapy setting, when requested. My desire is to work with teens, young adults, and women who are seeking a safe space to "download" their concerns and receive feedback and direction.

My approach to therapy

I am primarily a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist; however, I use a variety of modalities to best meet my clients where they are at. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and I am pursing further education within Perinatal Mental Health Disorders and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I enjoy incorporating a Christian/Biblical perspective within counseling.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe environment that will foster hope and healing. My intention is to help you feel seen and heard, approaching your challenges without judgment or criticism. If you are searching for someone to walk alongside you in your pain and your struggles, to provide support and encouragement, then please reach out and see if it is a good fit!
