Great to meet you!

I have been working with individuals and families for 22 years. I received extensive training in behavior change at the University of California San Diego, and spent 10 years innovating, overseeing and providing counseling services to military families at the Armed Services YMCA. I specialize in adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship/marital stress, grief/loss, LGBTQ support, attachment based parenting, pregnancy/pregnancy loss related issues, and military families.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical social worker, I focus on the whole person in their environment. I have provided services online since 2015, as I understand many people have difficulty feeling comfortable in an office setting, may have transportation issues, or a demanding schedules (due to work, care-giving or childcare). I have developed a nurturing, inclusive, person-centered approach that values each individual’s unique situation and decision making process, and look forward to connecting with you.

What you can expect from me

I will listen and will focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to empower you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, set and attain goals, and feel relief.
