Great to meet you!

As a current school counselor and a former coach, I have worked closely with young people and adults for the better part of two decades. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor five years ago, because of the growing needs of our youth.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care is unique to each person. There is no "one size fits all" approach. Each person has a unique story and should receive an individualized approach to care. I appreciate open communication and respect in our therapeutic relationship. In return, I will challenge you, support you, and partner with you to accomplish the goals we set along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve while attending therapy. It is my goal to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, while being open and vulnerable in a safe, judgement free space.
