Great to meet you!

How often have you found yourself thinking, "I don't want it to be this way—something needs to change," but have no idea where to begin?

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, anger, depression, OCD, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, or the lasting effects of trauma, you're not alone. It's natural to long for something different when life feels heavy or disconnected.

Whether it's hope, peace, relief, clarity, change or connection you seek, this is where I step in with you on the path to healing. No matter where you are in your journey or what has brought you to therapy, healing is always possible.

My approach to therapy

With over six years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals heal from childhood abuse, trauma, and other adverse life experiences. I understand that trauma rarely exists in isolation—it often impacts many areas of life, contributing to anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, low self-worth, and difficulty feeling safe or connected.

I am a proud graduate of University of Southern California (USC) MSW program. I am trained in a wide range of clinical, evidence-based interventions that I tailor specifically to your needs.

Together, we can work toward helping you move beyond survival, rediscover hope, and build a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling—for both you and the people you love.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I am warm and inviting while also providing honesty and practical support (with some laughs here and there for fun).

I understand what it feels like to be alone, for life to feel unbearable and to fail to meet expectations. I also know the joy that comes from connecting the right pieces and living a fulfilling life. This is my hope for my clients: To live a fulfilling and joyful life.
