Great to meet you!

Good for you for taking the next step in taking care of your mental health! I am excited to help! I have Masters of Science in Counseling, I have an Lpc and have Worked with adults, children and teens. I have worked in higher levels of care such as residential treatment, PHP and IOP as well as outpatient. I have worked closely with eating disorders, self- esteem, anxiety and the LGBTQIA+ Community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct and empowering and I like to have a little laugh too! Challenging ourselves can be scary and I strive to create a safe environment for clients to express themselves.

What you can expect from me

Taking away a different perspective, and a new reframe or mindfulness technique may be common in sessions. Even just feeling heard or having time for yourself for an hour a week can be so needed in the therapeutic process.
