Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), with over 20 years’ experience working in community behavioral health and the criminal justice system. I have experience working with depression and anxiety management, addiction, complex trauma, and couples counseling. Therapy services can be provided in person or virtually serving both Weld and Boulder County adults and youth.

The mission is to work on enhancing and building motivation to build resiliency while embracing change. I use a combination of therapeutic interventions including: DBT, CBT, and ACT. As a certified Reiki master, I am also able to introduce a holistic approach with a focus on relaxation through stress reduction while supporting the body’s natural healing abilities.

My approach to therapy

I believe building a strong and trustworthy professional relationship is key in supporting my clients ability to do the work they need to in order to improve their quality of life.
