Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in mental health care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later completed my Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes university. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I worked for four years as a registered nurse in inpatient psychiatry, gaining valuable experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.

My clinical experience includes working with mood disorders, with a particular focus on ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care while creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered in their treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care combines evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy and a holistic understanding of each individual. I believe in a collaborative approach, where patients are actively involved in their treatment decisions and feel heard, respected, and supported. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I consider the whole person, including their physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle, environment, and personal goals. Ultimately, my goal is to develop an individualized treatment plan that helps each patient achieve greater stability, improve their overall quality of life, and feel their best.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect us to spend time getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel open to expressing your concerns. We’ll take a deeper look into your mental health, medical, and personal history to better understand your experiences and current needs. We’ll also discuss your goals for treatment and begin developing an individualized plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and aligned with what you hope to achieve.
