Great to meet you!

I do my best work when I slow down and really listen. I rarely keep visits short, because understanding your whole story matters as much as any medication plan. My main focus is care for autistic and neurodivergent people and the families who support them. I have worked in outpatient care and in intensive PHP and IOP programs, so I am comfortable with a wide range of needs. I am an APRN in California, board certified through both ANCC and AANP, and I offer medication management with real conversation built in. My goal is simple: care that feels personal, steady, and built around you.

My approach to therapy

I treat you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. Medication can be one helpful piece, and so is time to talk about daily life, school or work, and what is really going on at home. We make decisions together, and I respect the way your brain works instead of trying to change who you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a relaxed conversation. I will ask about your history, your goals, and what has or has not helped before. We will talk through your options together, including whether medication makes sense for you. You will leave with a clear plan and plenty of time to ask questions.
