Great to meet you!

My background is in ICU nursing, where I cared for people on some of the hardest days of their lives. That work taught me to stay calm, listen closely, and care for the whole person, not just a chart. Now I bring that same steady care to mental health. I help people working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and most of my visits combine medication management with talk therapy, so you get more than a quick prescription check. I see clients by video across Washington, so you can get care from home. My goal is to help you feel steady, understood, and more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I look at the whole picture. Pairing medication with talk therapy gives us time to talk about what is really going on, not just your symptoms. I use short questionnaires to track how you are doing over time, and I explain your options in plain language so the plan feels right to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a relaxed video conversation. I will ask about your history, your goals, and what has felt hardest lately. You may fill out a short questionnaire so we both see where things stand. Together we will build a starting plan, and you will leave knowing your next steps.
