Great to meet you!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington’s Vancouver campus in 2002, followed by a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University in 2008. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in mental health service delivery across a variety of settings, including community mental health, adolescent and adult residential treatment facilities, and school-based programs. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, developmental delays, PTSD, panic attacks, grief, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and low self-esteem. My expertise includes providing individual, family, and group therapy to support clients in overcoming their struggles and achieving better mental health.
When I am not counseling I enjoy outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, traveling, camping, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
