My goal is to support you and your loved ones in building healthier communication and a deeper understanding of each other's needs. You don’t have to navigate challenges alone—I'm here to walk alongside you with care and encouragement.

Our initial session will entail rapport building through open ended discussion about your goals for therapy, your current challenges, and your life experiences.
