Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I believe that prioritizing mental health is the key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts of our journey into self-care, so congratulations on taking that first step! I have been practicing for over 20 years, but in the last decade, I have focused on serving clients aged 09-20 who are struggling with anxiety and depression as well as peer related issues and concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

All of us have unique experiences and deserve an approach to care that is individualized and specific to our needs. Once we make the decision to work together, we will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable communicating openly and freely with me in a non-judgmental environment! I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I like start with an introductory session where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. From there, we will work together in the sessions that follow to make your goals a reality for you.
