Great to meet you!

We live in a world in which burnout is prevalent and can make the smallest task seem insurmountable. When working together, we can find a healthier and more balanced version of yourself through healthy coping skills and identifying areas of self-care. This is where we will start, but throughout our sessions, we will also get to the root of your burnout and hopefully make meaningful changes together.

I obtained my Masters of Social Work in 2015 from Southern Connecticut State University and my Doctorate in Social Work in 2021. I currently am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. My main areas of focus when working with clients are ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, and depression.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, I use a strengths based approach, that focuses on building healthy coping skills and resilience. This allows us to work together in taking back your joy in life and highlighting that you are the expert in your own story. This allows me to be humble to your experiences and appreciate your unique points of view.

What you can expect from me

We can start with an introductory session, where you can share your goals and expectations of me as your therapist. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and a happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process by providing a warm, non-judgmental, but direct approach.
