Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience in a counseling role; as well as a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS). By utilizing methods like CBT, Solution-focused, Mindfulness, and looking at nutritionally healthy habits, we can work together to reach your desired goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are here because you are ready for change. I will use active, empathetic listening and reflections to better help you understand yourself and why certain patterns have developed. I provide an open, supportive, and non-judgmental space for us to explore your experiences on a deeper level.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be us getting to know one another better. I want to use this time as a way to better understand your experiences and what brought you to therapy. Although it can be scary, I intend to create a welcoming space for you to feel comfortable sharing. We will move at your pace, and develop goals when you are ready.
