Great to meet you!

I work mainly with individuals and couples who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and the related mental health challenges. I frequently support clients dealing with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy-related stress, and birth trauma. I also specialize in helping parents going through infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the stress of having a baby in the NICU. Additionally, I work with clients experiencing perinatal OCD and neurodivergence.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. This means I draw from a variety of proven therapies, like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, to best meet your unique needs. I also use mindfulness and body-based awareness to help you calm your nervous system and manage your emotions. Above all, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can build a strong relationship and openly explore the challenges you are facing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and compassionate environment. I want to start building a strong therapeutic relationship with you right away so you feel understood, supported, and empowered. I will take the time to learn about your specific goals, symptoms, and the life transitions you are going through. From there, we can work together to figure out the best practical coping skills and tools to help you move forward.
