Great to meet you!

With over 11 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. My approach focuses on creating a supportive and safe environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences. I believe that everyone has the capacity for positive change, and I'm here to walk on your journey with you. Together, we’ll create a safe space for healing and growth, empowering you to take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. While I’m trained as a dance/movement therapist, I find that an eclectic approach—drawing from multiple modalities—works best for fostering growth and healing. I take a direct yet compassionate stance, providing honest feedback and support in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you and create meaningful steps toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

If you're ready to level up and break old patterns of behavior, you're in the right place. Clients can expect to take away clarity, empowerment, and a renewed sense of hope from our sessions together. We will work collaboratively to establish meaningful treatment goals, and I’ll provide guidance as we periodically check in to ensure we’re on the right path. You’ll leave each session with actionable steps to reinforce your growth and keep moving forward.

Please note, my office hours are Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00am and my last session is at 2:00pm.
