Great to meet you!

I work with adults and older adolescents experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, and life transitions. My work with trauma is grounded in the belief that healing begins with creating safety. Trauma can impact not only our thoughts and emotions, but also the way we experience and respond to our bodies. Because of this, I incorporate a somatic approach into my work, helping clients develop greater awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and signals within their bodies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I meet each client where they are and believe that you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we work collaboratively to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop the tools needed to move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, collaboration, and non-judgment. Whether you are struggling with your relationship with food and your body, navigating the impact of trauma, or simply feeling stuck in a season of life, I am honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth.
