Great to meet you!

As a provider, I consider myself eclectic in my approach to therapy offering a diverse multi-modal experience when it comes to the therapeutic process. Verbalizing what we are thinking can be challenging, and words might not appropriately express how we are feeling. I can offer a safe environment for you to explore your feelings and needs using various forms of expression and communication. It is important to me that clients feel they are working with someone who is genuine and authentic with an ability to relate to their experiences in an empathetic way.

My approach to therapy

My goals as a therapist, are to help patients develop healthy habits and skill sets that will enrich, inspire and motivate them to change what is not working. We are all human, it is through our emotions that we are connected. Many people become stuck in emotional expression and need some guidance in realizing that what we feel is temporary and fleeting.

What you can expect from me

People have many different reasons they come to therapy . Often the desire to live rather than simply exist through life. The shared experience is that of a need for help and a desire for change. We are all works in progress, it is my intention to help you find your strength and support you as you navigate your challenges, growth and goals. The first session will consist of an intake process where I gather psychosocial information, medical and therapy history. We will then work together to create a treatment plan that will help us both be united in your goals for therapy.
