Great to meet you!

You've probably been holding it together for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like not to. I work with adults and teenagers who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and the complicated terrain of relationships and identity. A lot of my clients are women working through life transitions, maternal mental health challenges, and the weight of managing everything at once. Whether you're a teenager still figuring out who you are or an adult who feels like you've been running on empty, this kind of exhaustion is something we can actually work through together.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we focus on what's actually getting in the way and build from there. We slow things down enough to get to the root of what's driving the anxiety or the low mood, then work on practical ways to shift it. I tend to work best with people who want to understand their patterns, not just manage them. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed and leave with a clearer sense of what they need and how to ask for it. I especially enjoy working with women and teenagers who are in the middle of figuring out who they are and what they want their lives to look like.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly a conversation. I want to understand what brought you in and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, so we can find a format that works for your schedule and comfort level. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to connect.
