Great to meet you!

You may be in a season of transition—starting or changing careers, navigating relationships, becoming a parent, or trying to manage anxiety while still showing up for everyone else. On the outside, you might seem high-functioning, but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.

I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, particularly during major life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, boundary issues, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs. Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical. We’ll explore how past experiences may still be shaping your reactions today, while also building skills you can use in real life—especially around boundaries, emotional awareness, and self-advocacy. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and get grounded. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy now, what feels hardest, and what you’re hoping might change. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is a starting point, not a test.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and current stressors, while also making sure the session feels comfortable and supportive. We’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, overwhelm, or relationship challenges, and discuss how therapy can support you during this phase of your life.

By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clearer sense of what we’ll work on together and what next steps might look like. Most importantly, the first session is about making sure you feel heard, understood, and safe moving forward.
