A bit about my approach to therapy

I mostly use a CBT model to help my clients but also use reality therapy and solution focused.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can take away a sense of self worth and confidence. Clients will leave sessions feeling safe and secure in their therapy session. I like to set small goals for client that are reachable and attainable such as working on triggers and self esteem building.
