Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents and adults through life's most challenging moments. My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress management. I believe that therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about having a safe space to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover the tools and strengths you already possess.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, processing past experiences, or simply looking for support, my goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should fit the person—not the other way around. I take a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are while incorporating motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and CBT strategies to help you gain insight, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace, ask questions, and begin exploring what brought you to therapy without fear of judgment or pressure. Together, we'll identify what's most important to you and begin building a path forward that feels comfortable, meaningful, and achievable.
