Great to meet you!

I have experience supporting adults, young adults, and adolescents across outpatient, school-based, and healthcare settings. My work often centers on anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, identity development, relationship patterns, and life transitions. I also bring a background in art therapy, which informs my ability to offer flexible, creative, and reflective ways of working with clients. I especially enjoy supporting people who are trying to better understand themselves, build self-trust, and move through life with more clarity and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work with clients to explore patterns, emotions, relationships, and needs, while also identifying practical tools that feel realistic outside of session. Therapy with me may include reflection, skill-building, values-based work, nervous system regulation, or creative/art-based approaches depending on what feels most supportive. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, gently challenged, and supported in making meaningful change at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support has or has not felt helpful in the past. I aim to create a space that feels warm, conversational, and low-pressure, while also giving us enough structure to begin identifying goals together. We may explore current stressors, relevant history, strengths, patterns, and what you’d like to feel different in your day-to-day life. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel more oriented to the therapy process and have a sense of how we might work together moving forward.
