Great to meet you!

I have always wanted to work in the mental health field. I received my degree in psychology and went on to get my Master's in mental health counseling with the goal of one day having my own practice. I have experience working in community mental health before beginning my practice. I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog and reading in my spare time.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques in my approach to therapy. I am also a firm believer in the mind-body-spirit connection. Identifying positive steps to take in each of these areas will help to achieve better overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you take the first step toward making lasting change in your life. Together we will identify strengths as well as life challenges that will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
