Amanda Hayden

I come from a creative background and have a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, MFT Specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California- Orange County. I tend to focus on work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and SI who have not found success with other therapist in the past.

I meet clients where they are at and incorporate creative elements where appropriate in the healing process. My background training is mostly in systems theories which I apply to my work with individuals. My goal is to find whatever works for each client for their healing journey.

I will gather the information I need for the initial session while encouraging you to own your truth. I have various art supplies available to play with while we're talking to help make things feel more relaxed and less scary when sharing what brought you to therapy.
