Great to meet you!

Navigating life’s unpredictable turns can take a toll on anyone’s mental health. Maybe you’re seeking understanding in a confusing time or hoping to be challenged and believed in. Whether you need some extra encouragement and a non-judgmental ear to listen or you feel completely lost and are searching for purpose, together we can accomplish your goals.

I love helping people see other perspectives and possibilities they may have never considered. I also enjoy helping clients through transitional periods in life, such as moving on from high school to college or the work force, exiting college and starting that first “adult” job, navigating careers and relationships in early adulthood, and working through life and family planning goals. I hope to be a support to make these uncharted periods more manageable.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults (18-40s) incorporating solution-focused and person-centered approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to best fit each individual's needs. Some of my specialties include anxiety, stress management, communication, setting healthy boundaries, increasing self-esteem, and finding purpose.

Seeking help is the first step on the journey to healing and understanding. I would love to go on this journey with you. As The Office’s Michael Scott said, “You have no idea how high I can fly.”

What you can expect from me

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques in our sessions that offer insight and teach coping strategies for you to see positive change in your life. I bring warmth, humor, and a compassionate ear to sessions to help you process and navigate life's ups and downs.
