Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and families on concerns including anxiety, self esteem, depression, divorce, grief, parenting concerns, and more. I specialize in helping teens and adults manage stress, feel more confident, and find success in their careers and relationships. I also support parents and teens wanting to reconnect and build stronger bonds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is always client-centered, warm, trauma informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I provide a warm and comfortable space for you to unburden stress and heal wounds. My style is casual, collaborative, and at times humorous. Depending on interest I often incorporate mindfulness activities, games, and art projects.

What you can expect from me

My goal for therapy is for you to feel empowered and heard in a place of nonjudgment. I aim to help you feel more confident in yourself and your ability to take on the world. I'll not only help you understand the problem but will also give you here-and-now tools to start making changes. I believe you already have many unique and helpful strengths. Together we can work to identify these, so you can use them to help you reach your goals.
