I received my education from University of Northern Colorado, where I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I teach undergraduate Psychology and Behavioral Health, and I supervise master's level clinicians. I work well with older teens and adults and focus on an integrative approach to therapy.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, meaning that I prioritize your unique needs, experiences, and goals while incorporating a blend of therapeutic techniques to best support you.
