Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for reading my profile! I am a licensed therapy provider with 15+ years experience in providing therapy for mental health and addictions. Some of my specialties and areas of interest include: neurodiversity, addictions, and health care worker burnout.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is curious and non-judgmental. I tailor my approach to the needs of the individual in front of me. That said, I often use CBT or DBT frameworks, motivational interviewing, seeking safety. We will actively work together to help the client reach his/her/their goals whatever those may be.

What you can expect from me

Goals for therapy are unique to each individual. Successful therapy will help clients to develop a good self-awareness, enhance coping skills, improve self-worth, function better in work, family life and/or relationships, and feel a sense of purpose and connection in life.
