My approach to therapy

Dedicated to collaborating with you to find clarity, direction, new outlooks and growth in ways that support connection to mind, body and spirit. Comes from a post modern perspective integrating various styles of therapy to fit the needs of her clients. Honoring each individual's strengths and experiences, coming from a "systems theory" background gives her insight because we are all part of a larger system such as community, work, school, church, family, blended/mixed cultures, gender, etc.
