Great to meet you!

I'm a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adults, adolescents and children across a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I take a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to care, helping clients feel heard while also creating practical treatment plans that support real-life improvement. I have a special interest in ADHD, mood disorders, and women's mental health, with a focus on helping overwhelmed individuals regain balance, confidence and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, supportive, and practical. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person, not just symptoms, while creating realistic treatment plans that fit each client's life and goals. I strive to provide a safe, judgement-free space where clients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and actively participating in their care.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and discussing what you hope to gain from treatment. We will review your symptoms, history, stressors, and any previous treatment experiences while working together to create an individualized plan moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave the first appointment feeling heard, supported and more hopeful about the path ahead.
