Great to meet you!

I earned my Masters degree from Colorado Christian University in 2012. Since then I've worked in the forensic psychology world where I've had the opportunity to sit with many as they navigate complex trauma and their journey to healing. I'm passionate about seeing each person as an individual with individual needs and wants for this life.

When I'm not sitting with clients I can be found with my family and two Chihuahuas! I enjoy reading psychological thrillers, crocheting, and painting.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a trauma informed approach in all areas of my work. I understand that every person deserves individualized care and to be seen for their inherent worth. I work collaboratively every step of the journey to healing.

What you can expect from me

When working with me, clients can expect to be given various soothing techniques they can utilize outside the therapeutic environment to really start to get relief in all areas of their life.
