A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered, strengths based, and solution focused. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I am experienced in treating a wide array of issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, and behavioral issues to include a few. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Through her work in the past, she has a particular passion to help children, adolescents and their families.
