Great to meet you!

As a romantic at heart, who is also well-grounded in her Christian faith, I have a passion for helping individuals achieve relational harmony in every aspect of their lives. Whether you are single, dating, engaged, or married, I can assist with self discovery and positive growth, while keeping Christ at the forefront of our journey together. I see both individuals and couples.

My approach to therapy

I primarily utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, which means I collaborate with my clients to determine how their feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs interact before implementing practical techniques to make beneficial changes. When discussing issues in dating relationships, we typically examine communication styles and types of boundaries. With my couples, I utilize a method that focuses on shared values and easy-to-learn tools that improve conflict management.

What you can expect from me

Outcomes my clients typically experience include: healthier and stronger relationships, improved communication, feeling empowered in their dating lives, and freedom from unhealthy family of origin dynamics.
