Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University in 2001. My professional background includes working in K-12 public schools, supporting children and families in outpatient clinics and adoption social work.

My approach to therapy

Achieving a sense of balance feels nearly impossible with the chaotic demands of daily life. So whether you are experiencing symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, school, or work problems, or relationship conflicts, I offer a space to pause, explore and build practical skills to manage what you are experiencing in your life.

What you can expect from me

My work has been with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults managing life transitions, trauma, stress/anxiety, grief/depression, and dissatisfaction with areas of their life.
