Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can be a big step, and I’m glad you’re here. I’ve worked in the helping field for nearly 14 years and feel deeply honored to support people through life’s most difficult and transformative moments. I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work, and I specialize in working with trauma, grief, anger management, relational issues, substance use, and sex offender therapy. My goal is to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and able to show up as you are. I take time to understand your story, your goals, and what matters most to you, then we work together at a pace that feels right. Building trust is an important part of the process, and I strive to create a space that supports honesty, autonomy, and self-determination. My role is to help you feel empowered as you work toward the changes you want for your life.

What you can expect from me

After the assessment, our first session will focus on getting to know each other, identifying your goals, and talking through what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll also explore any barriers that may be getting in the way and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we move thoughtfully and intentionally toward your goals.
