Great to meet you!

I am a doctorally prepared and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and received my degree from Texas Tech University. I treat children, adolescents, and adults. My focus areas are ADHD, anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders, but treat all mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of modalities including cognitive, behavioral, and motivational approaches. Each individual has a unique past, present, and future. I do not believe in prescribing or treating in a "one size fits all" fashion. I value input and feedback from my patients in order to increase treatment success.

What you can expect from me

I am open-minded, holistic, and solution-oriented. My hope is that patients leave their appointment feeling like their concerns have been heard and addressed, and they have a clear understanding of their treatment plan.
